Online Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. You must be at least 16 years of age on the day of your CBT (if you are 15 years old, the date you are booking must be on or after your 16th
  2. If you are under 18 years of age, the booking must be made / paid for by an adult (over 18 years of age).
  3. You are paying the DEPOSIT ONLY for the course – the balance must be paid before / on the day of training – cash or card payments are accepted for the outstanding balance. Details of our prices can be found here
  4. You must have and bring with you on the day of your CBT either:-
    1. Valid provisional photocard licence
    2. A valid full photocard licence
    3. A valid EU photocard licence (both photo card and a UK paper counterpart)
    4. A valid full or provisional ‘old’ paper only licence – this must be accompanied valid UK passport for ID purposes.
  5. You must be able to read a vehicle number plate from a distance of 20.5 metres (wearing glasses/contact lenses if required – don’t forget to bring them with you on the day of your CBT). 
  6. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a ‘Confirmation of Booking’ email from ourselves. If for some reason the date you have selected is not available, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of the deposit you have paid.
  7. Please read your confirmation letter carefully as it will contain important information about what you need to bring with you and what you need to wear.
  8. Please make sure you are familiar with the highway code.
  9. All medical conditions that may affect your riding must be declared prior to course start date.
  10. No refunds will be given for non-attendance for all or part of any course.
  11. If you wish to cancel a minimum of 10 working days prior notice should be given. If you do not give at least 10 working days notice of cancellation you will be charged for the course.
  12. Refunds are only given via the original payment method.
  13. Triskelion Motorcycle Training reserves the right to cancel / cease / amend any course at any time.
  14. You will be required to sign the Triskelion Motorcycle Training Client Declaration, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy form a copy of which can be found here
